Sly Ol' Goat - Ltd Ed Aluminium Di-Bond print in black Aluminium Frame  by MrHansel

Description:

Sly Ol' Goat - High quality Alu-Dibond print of MrHansel's 2024 collage of the same name - Limited to an edition of 21.

Feb 25th 1791: Despite opposition from Madison and Jefferson who argued “creation of a national bank would be an abuse of congressional power amounting to a corrupt bargain between political and economic elites” - Washington signs the First National Bank of the United States into law, granting the Federal Government authority to ‘better manage’ the nation's fiscal situation. Washington is here depicted as Pan, whose terrible scream ‘Panikos’ was said to cause widespread fear and confusion among the people.
